This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Information Technology regulations that require publishing the rules and regulations.

Travel Log Holidays does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on this Website. Under no circumstances will Travel Log Holidays be liable for any loss or direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages caused by reliance on this information. The information on this Website may be changed or updated without notice. Travel Log Holidays may also make improvements and/or changes in the products, services and/or programs described on this site at any time without notice.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, along with any amendments to the same, and wherever the context so requires, "You" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user of the Website by logging into the Website. The Website also provides certain services without registration/acceptance, and such provision of services does not absolve You of this contractual relationship. The term "We", "Us", "Our", "Company" shall mean Travel Log Holidays.

By using the Website, You accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, as well as rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to any service that is provided by the Website, that shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Terms of Use and shall be considered as part and parcel of this Terms of Use. Your use of Our Website is evidence that You have read and agreed to be contractually bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Please read both carefully. The use of this Website by You is governed by this policy and any policy so mentioned by terms of reference.

2. Booking & Payments

Final payment must be completed before 5 days of the travel date.

3. General Information

• It is mandatory to carry photo ID proof (such as Aadhaar Card, Election Card, Passport, PAN Card, Nationalized Bank ID, or Govt. Servant ID Proof) while on tour.
• Check-in and check-out at most hotels is typically between 7:00 and 11:00 hours.
• Our Tour Executive will be waiting for you holding a placard with your name at the exit gate of Veer Savarkar International Airport.
• Your Tour Itinerary will be advised by our Guest Relations Executive. It may be shuffled without prior notice due to holidays, weather conditions, etc. — however, all sightseeing spots mentioned in the itinerary will be covered.
• The vehicle used will be exclusive to your group but not at its constant disposal — it is provided per the contracted itinerary and may change sector-wise. Extra charges apply for vehicle use outside the itinerary.
• Check-out time at Havelock hotels is 8:00 hrs, and the return ferry to Port Blair is only available by 1600 hrs — you may need to check out in the morning and spend time in the lobby or nearby beach until departure.
• Check-out time at Port Blair hotels is 8:00 hrs. For afternoon flights, you may request a late check-out (subject to availability), or check out by 8:00 hrs and spend time on the hotel campus — or book an additional chargeable tour with us.
• Please carry a swimsuit, towel, and change of clothes when visiting North Bay, Jolly Buoy Island, Red Skin Island, and Elephant Beach.

4. Mode of Payment

The following payment options are available on the Website:

1. Domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and financial institutions that are part of the Visa, Mastercard & Amex networks
2. Visa & Mastercard debit cards
3. Net banking / direct debit payments from select banks, as prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa / Mastercard / Amex

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed and paid as promptly as possible. If we need to recover funds already paid to our partners for your services, your refund will be issued after those funds have been recovered. Most refunds are processed within six weeks of being requested.

Refunds for payments made by credit card will be credited to that card, provided your refund does not exceed the amount paid on the card. Otherwise, your refund will be issued by check.

6. Privacy

We encourage you to read our Privacy Policy, and to use the information it contains to make informed decisions regarding Your personal information. Please also note that certain information, statements, data and content (such as, but not limited to, information related to your booking) that You provide on the Website are likely to reveal information about You. You acknowledge and agree that your submission of such information is voluntary on Your part.

Further, You acknowledge, consent and agree that We may access, preserve, and disclose information You provide to Us at any stage during Your use of the Website. Disclosures of information to third parties are further addressed in Our Privacy Policy. The data collected from Users as well as from the Service provider may be located in servers outside of India.
